Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 24 hours after the order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, where applicable.

Orders placed during weekends, public holidays, or periods of high demand may require additional processing time.

Home Delivery

Estimated delivery times after order processing are:

• Cairo & Giza: 1–2 business days.
• Other regions in Egypt: 1–3 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, high-demand periods, incorrect customer information, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, package size, weight, and applicable shipping rates.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before completing your order.

Collection Point – Zamalek

Customers who select this option will receive any necessary collection instructions after placing their order.

Please make sure to collect your order during the specified collection hours. Orders cannot be guaranteed to be available outside these hours.

The collection point is a temporary order collection arrangement and is not a permanent store or official retail branch.

If you are unable to collect your order during the available hours, please contact us in advance to arrange an alternative delivery option.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us. We will coordinate with the relevant delivery provider to investigate the shipment and assist you.
